Hévíz

The world famous Spa in Héviz is the largest natural hot water spring in Europe. The lake covers an area of 4.5 hectares. It lies in beautiful natural environment. This natural karst water is being used in medical treatment since 200 years.

Keszthely The most important sight of the town Keszthely, which is called the capital of the Balaton, is the beautiful renovated Festetics castle. This is one of the most famous Baroque style castles in Hungary.

It is worth visiting the singular Africa museum. We can see a lot of animals in nice natural environment.

Badacsony

From this place everyone thinks of the famous wine of Badacsony. Walking on the streets we can drop in on the small wine bars for wine-tasting and when we get tired we can rent jeeps to travel up to the top of the mountain to the Szegedi Roza house.

If we travel to Tapolca (it is 35 km from Héviz) we can walk on the side of the mill lake or we can boat on the crystal-clear water of the cave lake and feel the good influence of the fresh cave-air.

Kis-Balaton We can observe rare birds in their natural environment in this nature reserve.

We can find the biggest Buddhist temple of Europe in the heart of the woods
